We solved an issue that was suppressing random rows from the Subscriptions report. This issue caused discrepancies in this report, making the number of New and Canceled subscriptions lower than it was.
For example, one customer reported that she'd see 125 new subscriptions on Google Play and only 98 on Looker Studio on a given day.
The issue was fixed, and the data is now being loaded correctly. No action is needed on your end.

What are we doing to prevent this from happening again
We're creating an internal process to manually compare the data we see on Looker Studio with the App Store and Google Play
We'll continue taking such reports with the highest priority. If a data mismatch is communicated, someone in our team will verify the situation immediately. If the discrepancy is confirmed, an urgent ticket is raised internally so we can fix it.
